Parking is available in our driveway-up to 3 cars. This is a private yard with no other dogs on the property. Pool is included in the hourly fee up until 9/15. We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Treats and access to water to make sure your dog(s)stays well feed and hydrated! Come play and watch your dog wag more and bark less! 😉🐾❤️

Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. There are many trails for long walks in the forest and many streams. If you need anything during your visit feel free to contact us! Please note we do have other guests on the property so respect the privacy of the cabins you see. We also have two horses so once you see them please keep your pup on a leash. We have a lot of wildlife make sure your pup has a tick preventative.

PaddlePaws is Bucks County’s first Swim Club for Dogs. Prior to coming, please make sure your dog(s) are UTD on vaccinations. We encourage owners to bring their own life vests. We will supply the towels for your dog. We will supply a leash for your dog to use while swimming. WE DO NOT PERMIT OWNERS TO SWIM. We have chairs, sofas, and a table and chairs to use while your dog swims.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
