I love bringing foster dogs to the property to run around and hang out for a bit. There is a chain link fence and one of my neighbors has a sweet outdoor dog that enjoys company so just FYI.

Welcome to our backyard! Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course *DOES NOT INCLUDE A FULL A-FRAME OR CATWALK, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

All our SniffSpot funds are donated to PitCrew Rescue to raise money for a surgery that our foster dog needs. Our pool has been great for our dog after her TPLO surgery. I highly recommend water therapy for recovering from injuries. Our dog doesn’t like jumping in, so she uses the steps on both sides of the pool to get in and out. Our El Sobrante backyard has been such a blessing to us. It's our favorite place to relax and enjoy nature. Now that's available to you. We offer a relaxing shaded patio with comfy chairs for getting out of the direct sun if needed. Supplies and Toys to make sure your pup has the best time. The backyard has tiered retaining walls that can be fun to climb and hop for larger pups and plenty of open space for running, digging, and horseplay. Half acre property, fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, lounge chairs, table and chairs, flower gardens, redwood trees, olive trees, persimmon trees, meditation garden, hummingbirds, and even a red fire hydrant. Optional pool access for people can be purchased as an Extra, by the hour and by the person. The pool is 80 degrees right now. We love all dogs and welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes and hair types to visit; however we can only offer pool access for non-shedding pups, as long hair and fur was unfortunately causing damage to the pool equipment; If you are booking for more than one non-shedding dog swimming or for longer than an hour, please message us with info about your dog(s) and we will create an extra for you for the number of dogs you have swimming . Most visitors find the lawn size ample for running around and throwing a ball a bit, but if you are looking for a field to throw a tennis ball as far as you possibly can with a Chuck-it, the yard is not really the right size and shape for that, sorry! While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge.
