Had a great time with my dog here, well worth the drive from Chicago! We only saw one dog on the trail next to the field and the dog boarding building was far enough away that my mildly reactive dog had no problems with any barking we heard. Will definitely be back!

We had been traveling with the dogs for over a week and they desperately needed some off leash time to run and stretch. This 3 acre fenced field was perfect. It's secure. The field is a combination of sun and shade. I couldn't have found a better spot to let my 3 Goldens run

Drove 40 minutes to get here and it was well worth it. This space is huge and securely fenced. My puppy had a great time playing fetch and walking the perimeter with me!

The fence was great all around. My dog enjoyed sniffing and off leash time there. Gate was secure and closed well so my 50lb dog wouldn’t be able to squeeze through anywhere. Good spot.

For reactive dogs there are sometimes dogs in the fenced area backing up to the sniff spot. It's our first time experiencing this as we have gone frequently, so if you have a reactive dog please keep that in mind. Beautiful spot overall.

My dogs had a great time! My lab really enjoyed sniffing around the neatly piled brush. My mastiff puppy loved zooming around the giant open area. We will definitely be back and likely with friends. * We could see the dogs in the daycare outside playing. They were maybe 75 feet away (definitely guessing on distance) so my dogs didn’t mind them at all.

This was my first Sniff Spot & Sweet Paws set a high bar! The space was very large & had small bramble forests that my dogs loved exploring. My girls found a rope toy & a couple balls as well. The host provides poop bags & a can in the event you forget yours. My fluffs ran, sniffed, and explored the entire hour. There is a dog boarding facility on property. The staff had several dogs out while we were there. I was appreciative that the dogs were far enough away that they didn't trigger my reactive dog, yet she was able to see them from a distance she considered "safe." This is great for reactivity training. At one point, a boarded dog did come up to the fence, but as soon as the staff member saw my dog, she called it back. My girls are small & fluffy, so did bring some burrs home as souvenirs, but that's evidence of a good time! There was one "hole" in the back. It's actually a gate with a gap between the fence. Both my dogs are under 10lbs and could easily have fit through. They were too busy running to notice. Just something to note if you have little dogs. I was very impressed, my dogs loved it, and we will definitely be back!

Great spot! Loved letting the dogs off leash to romp around and explore the small brush among the trees. Just a note to anyone with reactive dogs, there’s a boarding facility on site, and one side of the fence of the enclosed area runs directly along a public trail for the Richard Young Forest Preserve. Our guys met a friendly dog that they were able to come nose to nose with. There’s a gate door at the back that is locked, with a small gap, and the latch doesn’t fully connect - something to keep in mind if you have an escape artist. Amazing spot, and great accommodations. We’ll be back!

One of my new favorite spots!! Easy to find and has clear instructions for how to access the spot. It’s a HUGE area for play. I have two Great Pyrenees who loved and explored every inch. I was afraid they might be able to jump the fence but the fence was secure to keep our big pyrs inside (little dogs may be able to get out in some spots). It was a muddy because snow was melting day but that made the fun even better. It’s so nice to find an open and secure spot to let my pyrs run around leash free!

Large fenced in field! Today was just for fun but plan to book again in the future for recall training, perfect spot for something like that! A little mud by the doorway and a few other spots, but I had expected much worse mud wise with how wet it's been lately so pleasantly surprised at how little mud there was.

Awesome spot to visit. There aren’t a ton of private AND fenced areas to let my dogs run. I have a breed that needs open field running and this place has it. There are a few areas where there is brush, mine love sniffing through it. It is on the same property as a boarding kennel. My dogs do not mind others at all so they weren’t a distractions but anyone with a possible reactive pup may need to be aware. Will 100% visit again. Please keep this one open because it’s our new fave <3

This is a lovely, large, well fenced area with lots of fun things for your dogs to sniff and explore. Lots of room to run and play, some fun brush to explore and a few comfortable Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy while your dogs are living their best life. Secure fencing for my little Pomeranian to explore while I relaxed. 10/10 will definitely make this a regular activity
