We have a 5-acre property located near 301 and Old Tampa Rd. This is our private residence that we are willing to share with other dog lovers. The property has a pond and chicken coop on it. The property is partially fenced, so please be able to recall your pup. There is also a water spigot near the firpit. The pool in the photographs is not included and is for our private use only. We ask that you pick up dog droppings and dispose of them. Thank you!

Organic plant nursery. We have two very friendly dogs but will only let them out with permission. We are by appointment only; we cannot host guests when customers are here. Make sure your dog doesn’t bull doze any potted plants 😄 We get pretty muddy during rainy season but we have a hose to rinse off your pup.

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

This oasis is the perfect retreat for visitors from out of town and local’s who are unable to provide their fur baby with a place to run and play. $20/dog/hour for yard usage and $50/dog/hour with pool access. Frequently Asked Questions This is my first time with Sniffspot, what can I expect at CC Dog Park? Your first experience will be completely private, no other dogs or people will be around during your visit. You have the freedom to play, run, or walk around the property. When you get here, we will give you a tour of the property and then leave you for the hour. We have a picnic table with umbrella you can sit at during your stay. Will there be other dogs around? No. Upon your visit, our dogs will be kept inside while you’re outside. No other distractions except the possibility of seeing neighboring dogs.
