Porta Potty for humans. large mowed areas to throw a ball of Frisbee. Large pond with an easy in and out slope into the water for young and senior pups. A small Jon boat with paddle for a pup water tour of the pond. A selection of different size life Jackets for pups and humans. A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon’s. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off with and a drying line. A Muddy Paw Spa wash station b4 they get back in the car, multiple large shaded sitting areas. A 10’x 10’ sand filled dig box for the pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who like a good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers so for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. ( Fair Warning.. very low tolerance for a guest who does not pick up after their pup) Two wooded trails areas that we have just begun to develop for the wild side areas to explore. A Large professional Obstacle Course with most of the obstacles course pieces seen on U-Tube. Toy stations with a large variety of toys to select from (Please be considerate for the next guest, return them back to the station after use). Porta Potty for humans was hand sanitizer, lime dispenser to process waste and illuminate odor. Two Frisbee Gulf course areas under development. Bring your own disks to play while you pup sniffs,…or rent a back pac of putters, mid range and long range disks from us. First time off leash and my dogs were perfect. This spot gave me a chance to trust them, and they met my expectations. I'm not sure how far the property extends, but we didn't come close to covering 15 acres. My older Rottweiler is just not interested in walking far. My Doberman turned into a water dog, taking me by surprise. We need baths that I didn't expect, but that's okay 😄 He was able to chase down many long throws and then plunge in for quick dips. We really enjoyed this space. I appreciate the guest setup with water, toys, towels, garbage. We will be back.

This is my new favorite SniffSpot (and we go to a lot!) The first perk is that you can pull up and just let your dogs out to play- no need to leash. The pond was so fun with dragonflies for my dog to chase after, she was in hot pursuit and totally fascinated. Plus even though it’s unfenced, it’s down in a valley so it’s a long way to the road and feels private. So many personal touches like toys, water stations, poo receptacles and scoopers, a hammock for the humans, dog life jackets, benches and clear signage. My dogs had a blast and are so tired after the swimming. Highly recommend!

Great location! Close proximity to Oregon City. Very well marked with clear signage. Well stocked with dog toys, scoopers and bags, even doggie life vests and towels for the pond. Drove 45 minutes in my gas guzzling 4runner with 3 large screaming dogs to spend an hour in the rain here. I absolutely will be doing it again. The property was well managed, the water was lovely, toys, towels, and multiple "poop depots" with poop bags were available. There was seating in various areas to relax while the dogs had a blast. Easily my favorite sniff spot currently, I can't wait to come on a nice day and take a dip with the dogs.

Wonderful spot! I have a pod of 3 but 2 have to rotated due to big feelings, you park right near the pond which is perfect for easy rotation of dogs. Very secluded, tried to see if the pups wanted to explore but they were not interested in leaving the pond! Lots of toys, well kept and easy to find.

This place was such a fun spot for my dog. Although it is unfenced, it was far enough away from the house and any road that I felt comfortable having him off leash. Really thoughtful property, having lifejackets, toys, water stations etc. My dog loved it! I will say there is a gravel road, that is a bit steep when driving back up and I kept skidding out driving up it without having 4 wheel drive and almost didnt make it up the hill. Just a word of caution for future people.

This spot is AMAZING! We had a great time smelling the smells, chasing the frisbee, and swimming in the pond. Are dog hiking trails safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. Our hiking trails tend to be outside the city, which lends to more privacy, but it is also important to follow typical hiking safety precautions, such as potentially having trail maps.

In order to hike the trails, we require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot hiking trail at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
