Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. Additionally we have many guests desiring safety for dogs and children to play together. Bring a friend, have a picnic while your dogs play. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. This was our first visit and I'm sure we will be back again. The spot was clean and obviously well maintained. They had individual trat bags for our dogs and tons of amenities. Our dogs are rescues who have some fear around unknown dogs, so dog parks are out of the question. This alternative is perfect! It was so nice not to have to worry and to just be able to relax.

Wonderful host! Every detail was taken care of so we could just enjoy ourselves! Kid friendly and she catered to my pup’s food sensitivities and even his likes/dislikes! Perfect experience! I went looking for an experience for my dogs gotcha day and I sure found a gem! This yard is large, fenced, clean and has a lot of areas dogs can relax and play. Cathy’s Sniffspot is a great place for pups and their humans. Clean, spacious, fun place to relax and play. Lots of toys and fun spaces for the pups. Benches and places for the humans to rest. Shade and sunny spots. Easy entrance. Quiet, country setting. The owner is courteous and helpful.

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
