The direct neighbor has 2 dogs that sometimes let out in their yard. No access to the upper deck. We have a gate blocking the entrance to the upper deck. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags.
