Private use dog park located at Bendistillery home of Crater Lake Spirits and Ablis CBD. There is a public dog park that shares a fence with the Sniffspot park. There is an old chicken coop nearby but currently there are no chickens. Stop in our tasting room for a cocktail, you are welcome to take drinks into the dog park. Off-Leash Area Rules The intent of these rules is to create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all park users. • No aggressive dogs allowed. Immediately remove your dog from the park if it is misbehaving or acting in an aggressive manner. • Keep dogs on leash outside designated off-leash areas. • Pick up and dispose of your dog’s waste. • Remain in visual sight and voice control of your dog at all times. • Carry a leash for each dog in your care. • Closely supervise young children. Children under the age of 12 may not be in the off-leash area unsupervised. • Accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by your dog. • Bring no more than three dogs to the off-leash area at any time. • Do not bring a dog in heat to a Bend park. • Do not bring a puppy without a complete cycle of vaccinations to a Bend park. • Display tags showing proof of current license and rabies vaccinations on all dogs. • Consider using natural materials like sticks when playing with your dog in the river. • Please be courteous to neighbors and control excessive barking.

Welcome to one of Bend's best off-leash play areas: a 1.75-acre pasture that is partially fenced and provides clean canal access right in the middle of the pasture for water breaks (canal is active April-October). Note, this pasture is only fenced on three sides. We welcome for your pup(s) to play alone, or if dog-friendly, play with our 1-yr & 5-yr old Mini Aussie pups (please advise your preference when booking). Our neighbors have goats, horses and chickens nearby, but they are in a fenced area and not directly against our property. Your visit offers perfect space for chuck-it sessions with canal breaks and tons of lush, pasture grass. A poop-scoop and trash bin are provided.

DOG PARK RULES Park Hours: Sunrise to Sunset 1. Use this park at your own risk. You are responsible for any damage or injury inflicted by your dog (s) [City Code 5.270]. 2. Always clean up after your dog [City Code 5.257]. 3. Keep your eye on your dog and never leave your dog unattended. 4. Enter through the double-entry gate. Unleash your dog in the holding area; then open the inside gate and walk into the leash free area. Keep a leash with you at all times. 5. Always keep your dog on a leash outside of the designated off-leash area [City Code 5.265]. 6. Use appropriate areas for small and large dogs. 7. Do not let your dog dig holes or damage the park plants and property. 8. Keep all puppies younger than 4 months out of the off-leash dog park [City Code 5.265, Section 3 (A)]. 9. Female dogs in heat are not allowed in off-leash areas [City Code 5.265, Section 3 (B)]. 10. Dogs must have current vaccinations and licensing [City Code 5.255]. Don’t bring a dog with contagious conditions or illnesses to the park.
