Sniffspot's private dog parks are the best way to exercise your dog. We have the best variety and the best priced dog parks anywhere!
We bought this property for our dogs, and have invested heavily in creating an off-leash haven for them. We have 3 separately fenced areas that all connect by gates. Entry to Cody and Lovey's Legacy park is through what we call the "Sniff Lounge" - a lean-to type covered porch filled with straw to roll and dig in, and lots of smells to uncover. The Sniff Lounge leads to the lightly wooded Explorium - a shaded area with hanging food puzzle toys, barrels, and natural obstacles for dogs to explore. The Explorium leads to our Green Space - a large, open fenced yard with shade and sun, a pool, and some additional obstacles, jumps, a homemade creek and waterfall and a tunnel. You and your dog are welcome to use the pool, but please be aware that there is no dog ramp. You will have to help your dog navigate the stairs to get out. Do not use the pool if you are not willing to get in with your dog! We have the homemade creek and waterfall (just turn the hose nozzle on) and a baby pool for dogs who can't get in the human pool. At the back of the Green Space, you'll see another gate that leads to the Wooded Grove. The Wooded Grove is also fully fenced and has a couple trails cut in to the woods, with some chairs to relax in. The Wooded Grove is not large, but dogs love it, and it feels so nice and cool even on super hot days. It's a place for dogs to get their Sniff on for sure. Cody and Lovey's Legacy Park is named in honor of our past friends, who would have really enjoyed this wonderful spot.
Fully fenced in area for your furbabies to play!
Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. PARKING - you can pull next to the left side of the barn, or anywhere along the driveway. Thank you for choosing Silent H Acres SniffSpot. If you would, please leave us a review on the SniffSpot App and tell your friends about us.
Conveniently located near the Bristol Motor Speadway in a quiet neighborhood, bring your dogs to Pit Stop Pups to get their zoomies out in a fully fenced 1 acre play area. All the free sticks your doggies can find! While you're here, watch for the neighborhood deer that visit regularly while relaxing on the partially wooded area lot. Amazing sunsets.
Welcome to Connie's Dogtopia! Nestled in Johnson City, TN on a private lot with a 4 ft. fenced in area surrounded by mature trees, you and your dog(s) will feel like you're in the country but actually within the city. Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Flynn, Bocephus, and I do! Here's to releasing the zoomies!! Every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool, the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small beverage cart and storage with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie
*UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.
‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.
A place where all dogs get to be dogs. There is plenty of space for your dogs to run off-leash. Great place for frisbee or chuck it. Head into the woods and you will access the creeks. Rubber boots are highly recommended to enjoy the full experience. It's not likely your dog will be able to get to the road but there is no preventing a dog from taking off into the woods. My pack is available should your dog need socializing or just playmates.
1.3 acre yard with a .15-acre section fully fenced and the remaining non-fenced. Great place for puppies to play and humans to relax!
9 acre track with 1000 foot on Ball Alley Creek to play and swim in. Large field by creek to throw and chase balls and frisbees.
Hello! I'm happy to welcome you and your pups to enjoy some playtime and exercise in my spacious, fully-fenced backyard. I have a large yard for running and playing, as well as a water hose connection with attached dog bowl on the side of the house. For the humans, feel free to enjoy the firepit and seating area!

Hi my name is Lil Lucy, I understand not really getting along with other pups. I am so much more of a people dog. LOL! I want to share my yard with you, I will make sure to give you all the space you need.
Fenced yard with long runs around both sides of the house
Hello! 🙂 Get 50% off your first visit with code: Welcome!125 This Sniffspot is extremely new, but I am quickly working on providing more amenities! Currently the only things available are access to two water spigots and a short water hose inside the fenced in area. There is also a hammock stand if you would like to bring your own hammock for lounging or you can sit on the front porch. You are welcome to use the back yard as well, but it is not fenced in. Please be mindful of some small gaps under the fence in the front yard as well. If you have a dog that is an escape artist this might not be the best Sniffspot for you all. 🐾 Parking is available on the left side of the house and behind the house. Please do not park on the gravel to the right side of the fence - That is a shared drive way with my neighbors. I'm so excited to get started! If you have any questions, just let me know. 🙂
I live in an unfenced area in Granite Falls. I live in a quiet neighborhood and the road has little traffic. The street is a dead end so there is no through traffic! I have woods behind the house which is also available for the dogs to explore. I have 3 dogs but they are inside and they are friendly and up to date on all vet care. It’s a great yard to play fetch and other games. We never have any issues with neighborhood animals :).
We offer a sloped half acre in Sullivan County, Tennessee - a mix of green grass, gravel, and woods. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You may park at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, or in the driveway. All dogs must be up to date on all vaccines, flea and tick medication and heart worm preventative. We have multiple cameras on our property for our protection and yours. We require a 6 hour heads up before booking- however - feel free to reach out via messages and we may be able to get you on the schedule on shorter notice. MESSAGE about booking- we block all times to make sure we can accommodate guests. We will do our best to set atleast one bowl of water out for your pets, however, if we are not home we will not be able to do this. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. In the winter months, we will have 2 firepits available for use for an add on cost - however please reach out via messages to confirm this is available before booking. As the time starts to change and it is getting darker earlier in the evening, you can use the patio lights. Absolutely NO digging and dogs must stay away from our garden.
