55This spot was great! Not only did we get the entire place to ourselves, but there were dogs boarding nearby who were barking and I was able to use that for training and desensitization as well! I’ll definitely be back :)Michelle C.

55Our two GSDs absolutely LOVED the facility! The fenced area was secure, but felt open and free. Everything was very clean and inviting. There were buckets of balls (with ball launchers) and toys, a wading pool filled with fresh water, even a picnic table under a shade tree. We will definitely be back!!Abby V.

We just loved it! There was water and lots of toys....although my pups just want to run...a very tall and secure fence, and easy entrance into the play area. We are going back Tuesday evening. My dogs had a clean and wonderful very large pen to run like crazy in, a little dog pool to play in, a lovely shade tree, and the barking dogs in the kennels being boarded and trained on the property gave my pups continuous mental stimulation and a reason to run more! We just loved it! There was water and lots of toys....although my pups just want to run...a very tall and secure fence, and easy entrance into the play area. We are going back Tuesday evening. Our dogs love Sunny Day Acres! A very large, fenced in play area where they can fetch tennis balls or sit under a big tree, wide open trails to hike, and a cool agility course all make for a perfect day for the pooches. Jennifer is an amazing host whose priority is making sure the dogs and humans have an enjoyable experience.
55This is a nice peaceful place where you can play fetch with your dog, take him for a walk, or use the agility equipment. There are other dogs and people around but the dogs are secured and there is plenty of space. I felt comfortable and I know my dog Odin really enjoyed himself. I will be back!Victoria K.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
