Welcome to our Doggy (& Human) Haven! We offer 34+ beautiful acres of partially fenced property. Wide Open Field/Meadow & a vast lush natural Forest with trails. Gift your dog(s) the experiences of positive enrichment- with multiple opportunities to explore, play, train & have fun! Let them climb boulders, logs, chase squirrels, play catch, find a favourite stick, run, jump, practice training exercises and sniff to their hearts desires. We have 4 main trail systems with several interconnecting mini trails offering you a new adventure every visit! Having 2 large working dogs ourselves, we know what your furry friend needs! ***Please note, Sniffspot is an American company so you will be charged in USD***

Daily 6 A.M. until 9 P.M. we offer a partially fenced, groomed 1 acre + 2 field play areas, where your dogs can run free. And we offer 4 trails currently. We have chairs in the first field for you to relax. We have a Chuckit available to throw balls for your dogs. There is a pond in the first field but I don't recommend it for swimming except in May, but feel free! Fresh well water in a bucket, for dogs, and bowls, are provided in the first field. From there we have a mile long gravel walking trail along fields and forest. It's very straight, and if you stay on the trail, you can't get lost. It is very quiet and peaceful. Part way back there is a small run-off creek and metal culvert that is suitable for dog swimming in the spring and this summer due to all the rain we have had. This is marked with orange pylons so is avoidable if you put your dogs back on a lead as you pass. You can often see deer, wild turkeys and lots of birds, sometimes bald eagles. A walk to the end and back is 2 miles and takes 40 minutes at a moderate pace. Just past the culvert, we currently offer a trail around our wheat field going East that is plowed currently. It's along woods and takes about 15 minutes ending on the main trail. Just past here, we have a very nice trail around a soybean field, going East initially. This trail is very pretty and easy to follow. It's about half a mile and takes 10 or 15 minutes to walk. There are a couple of wet/muddy spots so be mindful. This trail ends in another small play area and you can continue through a short shady walk, ending back at the main trail at the bottom of the hill. Alternately, you can access the shady walk at the bottom of the big hill once you get there along the main trail. This walk is very pretty, maybe 10 minutes in and back to the main trail. Be dressed for gravel on the trail, uneven footing on the wheat field trail, and potential water and mud puddles on the property in wet seasons and after rain. The main trail runs North/South so if you want a sunny walk, go at midday. A shaded walk, go after 3 p.m. Cooler times are before 11 a.m. We plan to add a trail through the woods in the late fall once the insects and ticks die off. We have a white garbage can for poop but please use biodegradable dog poop bags. ***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD per hour for the first dog, subsequent dogs are $6/hour and guests will be charged in USD*** On your way home, stop at MacKinnon's brewery just down the road for food and drinks. Lots of space to run and swim. A trail is also available around the pond at the edge of the north field, along the edge of the wooded, pine area.

There is a pond on the property without a fence on the other side so it can be closed off if you do not want your dog swimming in it. It is mostly covered in tiny lilly pads all summer. I own a very passive, but young dog that can come out and play if your dog wants a one on one friend. I'd like them to meet with me around first before booking a play time. Fencing is chainlink and farm fencing down the sides. Smaller dogs may be able to escape through the farm fencing. Seating on front porch and rear deck. Rear deck has an umbrella for shade. There is a bunch of parking in the driveway.

Take advantage of a country setting to roam off lease with your dog and get some fresh country air in your lungs. Ticks are prevalent in the area, be diligent. Most of all, enjoy!

I have two pups of my own- a papillon and a corgi, so I know what it takes to exercise relentless little bugs. We fenced in our yard last year for them- thus creating, Bella and Charles place. It’s a place of ease, we don’t pooper scoop, there’s always toys outside, there is some seating in the warm months along with an umbrella (please close when done using). There’s a dog bowl outside as well, and the hose for fill in the warm months. We have a kiddie pool upon request in the warm months. We are also seconds away from the Millenium trail, where you can x-cntry ski, walk, four wheel etc. should you want to both play and walk your four legged friend. We do have gardens, please keep your furry friend from digging and munching (for my sake and your pups). Our fence is only 5ft high so if your dog can escape quite easily this may not be the place for them as we are a corner lot and the one road is quite busy. Our front door is fenced into the area so if we have to come or go you may see us very briefly. We have no extra parking but you can park on mill st at the church and walk over or park on the street on baker as it’s very quiet. Looking forward to hosting! We are offering the back 9 acres of our property in rural Ontario, off the scenic Thousand Islands Parkway as a private escape for your special dog. There is a large area (1+ acre) of cut grass and some trails through the woods to explore and smell. It is exclusive, and only the people and dogs in your booking are allowed in the park during your visit. Ideal for sensitive or reactive dogs. *Some areas of the woods have "valuable items" left behind by the previous owner. We are in the process of cleaning it up but quite a bit is still remaining. If you see anything you want, let me know, no reasonable offer refused.

Our trail is wide, perfect to bring a friend and catch up while your dogs run. The trail is well-marked with excellent visibility to keep track of your dog(s). There is very little elevation gain on the walk, so it’s well-suited to take your dog(s) out for a run or a leisurely stroll. Deer sightings are common and you may even spot our resident owl or the bald eagles that nest nearby. Ample parking is available at the trail head and a Little Free Library is located at the end of our driveway. We are a short trip from both Belleville and Quinte West. *Price is in USD.
