We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. Clear and wide walking paths for the owners. I also train dogs for unleashed activities just like what our property offers.

We also provide waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Nice size yard with pool and pond view. You may sit under the gazebo or in the lounge chairs. You may also want to swim! Be sure your dogs know how to swim and that they are aware of the drop-off at the shallow end. We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Our farmette is a romping dog's dream! Come to our fully fenced in backyard to let your pup run free. (They may even get a little extra exercise since our yard is sloped!) Our grassy yard is dog and kid friendly, with dog toys, a gravel pit, plenty of seating, and a small slide. Sit with your dog in the yard, or hang out on the small back porch to get some shade. You'll be able to have full view of your dog from either spot! We don't use pesticides or fertilizer chemicals on our grass. Au naturale for your furry pal! You can even walk down to the local creek after for your dog to cool off, or visit nearby Nissley Vineyards if the humans need to cool off. We hope you enjoy our spot!

Does your dog have the zoomies? Bring him to my place and let your fur baby run around and get the zoomies out. I have 3 pasture sections that they can use to run and run and run and run and run! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.
