Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

Just note that the pool was built especially for dogs, it has no steps, it has a beach entrance so dogs can just walk in or out. The pool is only about 3/12 feet deep so you can stand and play with your dog. The yard and the pool area are completely fenced but have a common gate to combine both areas. There is an area where you can rinse off your dog when done with pool.

Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Amenities include a covered patio, sink to wash up, elevated dog bed, water for pups & humans, tables & chairs, waste station, and a serene yard relax or play until your heart’s content! There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Please send us a message if you would like to reserve an evening spot & we’ll let you know what is available. Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue.
