It is clear the host wants to make your puppy, but also your visit as enjoyable as possible. Some things to consider: go ahead and park as soon as you turn off the main road. The path is definitely not meant for cars even if it looks like it; there is a good amount of elevation on the trail to get to the upper landing (which my fur-boy and I loved!), but you can also stick to the more level path that runs along the pond; this place is doggie heaven if you have a pup that likes to fetch sticks! 55Wonderful place! I brought my two dogs and they had a blast sniffing, running, and investigating everything. The little trails are easy to walk on and you really feel like you are away from it all. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
