Welcome to our private, open-acre dog park in Peyton! This quiet, rural space offers lots of room for your dog to explore, sniff, and run freely. The area is fenced on the north, south, and west sides with T-post and barbed wire, but the east side is open, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall or under close supervision. This is also a great property for training gundogs or bird dogs. With wide open space, varied terrain, and natural distractions, it's perfect for practicing recall, obedience, and fieldwork-style training. Please note: 🐾 There are natural hazards such as cactus, prairie dog holes, red anthills, and prickly brush—please supervise your pup carefully. 🐴 Horses can sometimes be seen on the neighboring property to the north. 🐶 Our personal dog may be outside in the fenced area near the house but won’t be accessible to your dog. 🚫 No people should be visible or around during your visit. 🚗 Park on the north or south side of the brown house when you arrive via the dirt easement road off Judge Orr. This is a peaceful place to let your dog enjoy nature—just be mindful of the environment and boundaries (please don’t cross the pond on the east side).

Great for any dog at any hour of the day. Note: a bit harder for extremely high energy large dogs to run enough laps in the yard to become tired as the yard is not huge, but plenty of sniffs to go around and still a little room to throw a ball. We are located in the far SW corner of PW, where we literally can see for miles. Our yard is mostly turf with a little bit of pea gravel & two gravel entry pathways. We have a sand beach for digging & dog friendly pet grass for munching as long as the weather holds out. We also have an on site poop disposal that empties directly into our septic system so no messy bags to deal with here!!! Plenty of parking in our cul-de-sac or along the side of our driveway near our Austrian Pines that provide some nice shade. Our gate is a double latching self closing 6’ gate. That gains you entry right from our driveway into our spacious backyard. We occasionally have deer & quail but that is the extend of our wildlife. We have an 8 year old female Greyhound & right now are fostering a 2 year female Greyhound too. They would remain in the house at all times but you could hear them whine upstairs while you are there because they would want to come out and play too.
