We have a nice seating area with shade for the humans and a big grassy area for the pups. Doggies are welcome on the patio furniture and are free to dig. The space is ideal for solo play, training sessions, or small dog meetups, and it’s located in a quiet residential area with minimal outside distractions. We take pride in keeping the yard well-maintained, safe, and clean for every guest. 🐢 Important note: There is a secure turtle enclosure on the property with one turtle inside. The enclosure is fully contained, but please be mindful and supervise your dog at all times, especially if your pup is curious about small animals. Whether your dog needs a safe place to burn energy, work on training, or just enjoy some fresh air, this spot is a great escape. Welcome to 🐾 Ward Bungalow - fully fenced backyard, a private pup park that allows for running and stretching of legs of all sizes! *JUNE 2025: 2 - FAN WATER MISTERS ADDED TO DOG PARK to help cool off from the summer sun! *see photos 29-32* • Grass space for pups alongside outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys - if you’ve forgotten your favorites, water bowls, and water station Other essentials: sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)

Plus, we provide treats and essentials to make your dog’s visit extra special! Please Note: • Our doggy fountain is currently leaking and not holding much water so it won’t be full during your visit till it’s repaired. We have several water bowls set up to make up for it. • You may hear a baby during your visit — our home is shared with a little one, so guests must be comfortable with the occasional baby sounds. • To keep things enjoyable and safe for everyone, we’re limiting the number of people per booking to 4. Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).
