My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Hello! We have big open yard for doggos to run around in! So much room for zoomies and playing. Fully fenced in. We would love to say hi to your furry friends, let us know if that's okay beforehand! Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!

Trimmed lawn sloping upwards from back patio can give fetching dogs a good workout. Towering trees on three sides offer plenty of shade throughout day. There is a 6 ft vinyl privacy fence on two sides and standard chain link on the back. A 6 ft chain link fence also separates the rented space from my personal dog yard so you won't have to worry about unexpected dog interactions. **IMPORTANT** PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE GATE. The walkway behind the gate needs to be repaved and is not safe. Enter through the orange door shown in the picture, go past the chest freezer on the left and you will see the door to the yard (shown in pics). You can park on the street in front of the house, or in the driveway as long as you don't park behind another vehicle.
