Today was my first time using Sniffspot. I didn’t know what to expect. I wasn’t sure that I would feel comfortable having my dogs off leash at an unfamiliar place. When we arrived my concerns were put to rest . The property was spacious, beautiful, clean, and very well taken care of. The fence was secure. After walking around for about ten minutes, my dogs were off leash, sniffing, and exploring the property. We will definitely be back!

We took both of our boys to twin oaks ranch for the first time and they had an amazing morning. Joe explored every nook and cranny of the property and seemed enamored with the cows and the horse. He bellowed out a few impressive howls of excitement. We were there early I hope he didn’t wake anyone lol 🤦‍♂️ Max enjoyed playing ball and spent half his time swimming fetching rubber squeaky chickens out of the pool :) We appreciated the cold drinking water. The property is really nice and it was very enjoyable knowing it was completely fenced in. The boys ran free and it made them very happy. We will probably make this a regular spot to visit several times a month. Thanks again for sharing your space! Everything was super easy to find, very assessable, and clean👍

Great spot. We have a lab mix and appreciated the multiple large areas we could play fetch in. The property itself is expansive and well maintained. There were several toys and towels available in the pool area. We will be visiting again in the future.

We had the BEST time at Twin Oaks Ranch. This was our Pitsky pups’ first time in a space this large off-leash. They explored every inch of the property and didn’t stop running! The property is beautiful with all best amenities (water, balls, poo bags, etc), super secure fencing, great exposure for our dogs with the cows and horses in the field… we can’t wait to come back! This was a great experience and helps with recall training! 🩷🐾✨🌅

This is our fourth time bringing our dogs and every time they love it. Today was our first adventure with high grass and the dogs loved the new/ different sensation running and playing through it. The property is always cleaned, hospitable and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back.

Great property and amenities. Might not be suitable for dogs who are easily distracted by other animals and do not have 100% recall. The gate to horses and cows had big enough space for my dog to get through or under so I could not leave her off leash in the bigger area.

Great spot! The landscape is pretty and well maintained. The dogs had a great time exploring. The pool was clean and refreshing. The dogs loved having a shallow area too. Great way to end our pups 16th birthday week/weekend. Would love to book again.

This was such a beautiful place. Very well kept, secure, private, and very clean. The hosts are amazing, offering dog life jackets, toys, poop bags, towels and water. Millie my golden loved the pool and the field to run in. So glad I found this spot.

Very clean and felt safe. The pool has a walk in which was very nice. This was the first time there so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Lots of things were included, toys, balls, life vests of multiple sizes, water for both human and dog. Highly recommended!
