For fur parents, there is a second floor deck you are welcome to rest on to view the gorgeous sunset or sit by the fire pit. Take advantage of the multiple fruits growing on the property, including peaches, apples, mulberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Chickens and ducks on the property but will not be free roaming during reservation times. Resident dogs on the property will be kept in the home.

Welcome to the Chadds Ford Dog Manor! We are in a private area off of the road, perfect for energetic dogs who like to run. We have an wide open front yard and peaceful back yard with a hill for dogs that just need to get free. We are currently in works with construction of an obstacle course, please be patient. We will get it available soon. In the mean time, we have a wood chip pile for the dogs to climb. A nice sitting area on the front porch for the owners. A beautiful flower garden to admire and walk amongst. Most importantly, chemical free yard. Along the back fence of the property, you will be able to admire our neighbors polo horses, along with many other woodland animals hidden in plain sight. We provide trash cans along the drive way for disposals, a small shovel to scoop up your dogs droppings. We don't provide doggie bags, we try to minimize plastic waste. Feel free to bring your own. We have hose hookups around the property to rinse off your doggies or fill up their bowls from our whole house water filtration system. Just please be mindful to turn off the faucet before leaving. Come see for yourself and experience a type of peacefulness that can only be provided at the chadds ford doggie manor.

Residential backyard with a 120’ long run- great for fetch, frisbee, or just running back and forth for a dog to “get their zoomies out.” Our 75 pound chocolate lab, George, loves to play, so let us know if your pup would like a playmate. We can also keep him inside if your dog would like to play alone.

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

I live in a neighborhood. Everybody around is very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. Wonderful walking areas including 2 rock paths. 1 of the rock paths is in a forest like environment. There are trees on one side and a hill where you can see houses on the other side. Both paths are quiet and peaceful. There is also a sidewalk that goes around the neighborhood.

Fully fenced in backyard in nice quiet neighborhood. Kiddy pool for those hot days along with water for humans to consume provided upon request!

Welcome to our backyard! You would never know it from the street but behind my house is a hidden gem in the city. It is fully fenced and dogs large and small cannot escape. It has multiple areas to sniff and things to look at. For 3/4 of the year we are beautifully shaded. Dogs can run hang out but mostly they just love to sniff.
