Gorgeous 2.5 acre property up the road from Elkhorn Slough! You and your pup(s) will have access to the both the fenced part of the yard (approx. 4000 sq ft) and the unfenced front and back of the property for adventures and exploring. About us - we are a family of 1 dog, 2 cats, and 5 chickens! (They will be kept separate from your pups adventures here). Before moving to our dream property, we used to use sniffspots and I’m excited to be able to offer a safe private space for other dogs ❤️🫶🏽

Perfect fenced oasis in Royal Oaks for pups that need a play boundary.

We have 5.5 fully fenced acres with 3 of them being with a full lawn. The other part is base rock/gravel. I have 3 dogs of my own but they will be inside for your visit. I also have a pond with koi and goldfish.

Our play park is located on a lovely equestrian property...we are fully fenced gated private home/facility. There are farm animals, the sounds of wild birds everywhere, we are friendly and love to say hi. This year we are working on adding all kids of fun things to our newly designated dog park.... come on and play :)

Welcome to our little farm! It's never perfect and always a work in progress, but I think your dogs will have a blast in our large backyard with lots to explore and smell! Please note: we actively work on thistle and foxtails abatement on the property (it's a neverending battle 😩) you might find some that we missed. Send me a message and let me know where you see it! We have three kids and a menagerie- 99% of the time, we're in survival mode 😂 Your dog will love the large backyard with the hill that's perfect for loping up and down and sniffing all the exciting smells that come with country living- so many gophers, birds, and even deer make their appearance from time to time. We have goats, a black sheep, chickens and ducks in the pasture that backs up to the fenced yard, so your dog will get a lot of new experiences. You can relax on our deck while your dog explores. We just finished a daybed swing which is super comfortable and shaded under the wisteria vine in the spring and summer🩷 We have a sweet and docile Great Pyrenees named Bosco who is basically a saint and is nearly perfect. And then we have Rocco 🤣 We adopted Rocco, and he's an adored menace 🩷 He has destroyed all our screens and water fountain pumps, along with the regular chewing of toys and shoes. We are trying to keep up with him, but it's been a challenge. You might find some stray pieces of *something* that we missed from his jaws of death. Both of our boys will be crated inside during your visit. We're on a well, so we don't water the lawn a ton in the summer to conserve water, so it can get a little dusty, but we do keep things mowed and trimmed. Our garden and yard is a work in progress- I'm currently focusing on adding drought tolerant native plants to work with my favorite blooms. I am dahlia crazy and have over 100 plants- the dahlia beds are corralled off and will be thrilling in the late summer and fall! There will be small changes in our retreat every time you visit (at least, that's my goal 😂) You might see piles of cardboard by my goat pen waiting to be used as a weed barrier under mulch. I promise it's not a pile of trash- it's all part of my master plan to not use herbicides and have an organic garden. 🌱🌏 We hope you and your dog loves our Sniffspot!

Hillside grass was mowed on April 18, 2025. We keep the fully-fenced area relatively short and plan to do this one again within the next 1-2 weeks. **Horses visible in adjacent property occasionally Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass.

We are on 10 acres and would love to share our yard with you. Beautiful Mountain View’s amongst grape vines with gravel pathways. On the interior portion of the park is a dirtbike track with a more rugged terrain and incline walking. Definitely more weeds, but if you are looking for a more off road feeling this is another option aside from the full pathway around the perimeter of the dirtbike track. This time of year the grapevines are a beautiful with lots of beautiful green foliage. We do also have a cool off spot in the front of the house under a very large old pine tree with roses to smell while your dog has their belly on the cool green grass by their water bowl in the shade. Where your new morning or afternoon ritual begins. Please note: Pool is an ‘extra’ charge. You can add this item as an extra while adding this spot to your cart. Not included in base charge. PUP PARTIES 🎉🥳🎈🎁🐶🐾🎈🎁🎉 We are still new to SniffSpot but have been asked multiple times recently if we would host pup parties. This is something I have not yet put a price point on but can make this feasible as well. If you are interested in coordinating something, please message me and I can send you SniffSpot items available for parties. (i.e. BBQ, Tables, chairs, shaded areas, pool time. etc)
