4/20/25 Trail Conditions Report: The trails are freshly groomed. Everything is ready for you and your pooch! The pond is full and beautiful. Here at Happy Trails 'N Tails we are so honored to be a part of your happy memories! Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. You are always the only one on the property when you visit! Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

Private backyard in a quiet neighborhood near 44th and Kalamazoo. Yard is fully fenced with privacy fence along the sides and chain link in the back. There is a small creek in the back, just outside the fenced area with a lot of brush and trees. Yard is regularly treated for mosquitoes and ticks using pet-safe products.
