Welcome to your very own dog park! Completely shaded with trees, big open spaces to run, trail area in the back, hills and bumps to go flying through. But wait, first stop and say “hi” to Jerry, our 19ft Giraffe fiberglass statue. Great for selfies. Jerry loves our backyard, because it is filled with granddaddy oaks, giant magnolia tree, cypress and pines. Occasionally you can spot deer and turkeys playing in the yard next to your dog park.

GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Sozo Bark & Party Park is well shaded with sunny spots to enjoy. It's a great location for a private play session with your dog or you can bring a friend for a special play date. We can even host doggy parties for your favorite occasion. This is a non-smoking park: vaping is okay.

IF YOU WANT A SINGLE VISIT AND NOT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: When booking for FIRST time, you will be directed to a "Sniffpass membership page". Choose "Free 7 day trial" (you will get a $10 credit). You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. The next time you book, you will still go to the subscription page but you will see a small "skip" button in read on the right of the page. Click on that and proceed to book single visits as usual. Still hurricane recovering but open! We still have some trees down and one part of the path is blocked. Equipment needs a wash and there are still twigs and small limbs littering the park but come on out!!! Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. Bring your doggos to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. Please give 24 hours notice! A wading pool is available upon request. Fresh water is always available from several hose spigots. The land is partially shaded and a bench and chairs are available for seating.

Park inside or outside the fenced yard. Nice shade tree to sit under while watching your fur baby play and run. I provide a chair or two and a table. Wooded along the back side and the pups love running along the fence line looking for wildlife, lizards, squirrels and the like. There is a hose and clean dish for water and a container to place your doggie waste bags into. I can leave some toys or bring your own. During hot summer days a baby pool is provided for any pups that like water. Very quiet and serene location on a hobby farm. You may walk over and pet the farm animals provided the dogs are leashed when doing so. Carrots are the only food allowed to be fed to the horses and goats if you wish to bring some. There is a dirt area that the pups can enjoy digging and laying in the cool dirt. If you want to bathe your pup while at the park, please notify me and with a minimum booking of one and half hours you may wash your pup for no additional charge. You need to bring pup shampoo but I will provide towels for drying them off and lines to secure them while bathing them. It is recommended you don’t bathe them if outside temperatures are less than 78 as otherwise it can be too chilly for the pup as there is no hot water. The water comes from a well and is tepid with exception of during hot summers then initially the water can be pretty hot and needs to run a bit before cooling down to being tepid.

This wonderful property gives you a 4 acre walking trail to the preserve aswell as a fenced in location for play
