This is a great spot to allow your dog or dogs to play in. It has 4ft fencing wood and no-climb mesh fence that goes all the way to the ground so your escape artist dog should stay safely contained inside. The area is big enough to allow your dogs to play and small enough that you’re not chasing around after them. It’s easy to access the dog run and it has chairs and water available. You’ll find it’s convenient to Aberdeen, Pinehurst and Foxfire. We will be sure to visit again.

Nice, private, wooded area with a cleared walking & driving path. Open field if you want to allow your dogs to open up. There is a creek, but we had younger dogs with us this time so we didn't push to venture down that way. Clean & clear area. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. I will be visiting it again.

This is a beautiful location. It’s so huge and wide open. I am traveling and need a place for my dogs to each burn off some energy after class and this spot is perfect. Very easy to find, very easy to access, and tons of space.

This spot is simply beautiful. Penny was there to get us oriented to the property. Everything was fenced...acres and acres of beautiful land. This is the only way my girl gets to run at the moment and this was by far the best Sniff spot we've been to. The animals were interesting to her, the property was clean and we'll tended. There was fresh water and towels. Penny was very easy going about letting Laka roam on porches or wherever. I wish I had caught a picture of her checking out the sasquatch statue because that was hilarious. We will be back soon. She slept the whole drive home. It's worth the drive out just for the pure joy of watching my girl run free.

Amazing property! Very clean and safe (no garbage, abandoned trailers etc) Penny was so kind and met us at the gate and gave us the run down of the property. All of her animals were safely behind a fence and even had screens up around the chickens because I had warned her before our visit that one of my dogs has a high prey drive for poultry. Penny provided everything and we had an amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend and will be going back:)

Laka and I go to BOP farms every other week so far. She gets a varied environment - some woods, a big, beautiful field, and then access to the other animals helping her learn and not be so fearful. Penny is a brilliant host- she's available for feedback or questions and has provided everything you need for a perfect Sniffspot experience. It's a wonderful outing for us and we'll be going back often. Safe and clean, too.

Great spot, huge yard fully fenced in. If you have a farm animal curious pup, they’d be a good fit. Our prey driven pup had a very stimulating afternoons on a 100 ft leash, but we thought it was really amazing for our needs. The owners are lovely and attentive.

Our dogs loved their time at BOP Farm. With four fully fenced acres there is plenty of space for them to run around. They enjoyed visiting the horses and pigs. The farm is safe and secure, and you won't regret bringing your dogs for a visit. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Penny.

We had fun!! It's hard to find safe places for 2 pitbulls to run & explore. I recently adopted the younger one & he's not had a lot of "life experiences". The horses worried him at first, but then he was just curious. He'll be better the next time we visit. My older Amstaff found plenty of places to sniff and explore. Penny was so gracious to greet us & give us the "lay of the land". We'll be back very soon!!
