This spot is amazing. If your dog loves to run this is a place to go. Huge property with many trails. The owner Lynne was very nice, met us upon our arrival and explain us where to go. We will definitely come again, but at least for 2 hours next time.

The farm trail is absolutely fantastic! We brought two pups, one on a long line and one who ran free, and they had the best time! The trails were clearly marked and Lynne was so helpful and greeted us. Such a great way to spend a couple hours with dogs on a sunny day!

My dog and I love this place!! So much open space for my dog to run around carefree!! I love that there’s also little trails you can take. Lynne is so nice and accommodating when I’ve been running late. I drive almost an hour to get there and I’ll definitely keep coming back

The spot is very private and quiet and the wooded area is lovely. The instructions from the host were very helpful and very clear. I would definitely visit again.

We had a blast! It was really nice to have the cabin deck to use as a home base. We set up their water dishes and had an afternoon snack there partway through our visit. We didn't make use of the fire pit but would be fun to do on another trip. The dogs had a great time running in the trees and of course found comically large sticks to drag around. I noticed some fairly large holes in the ground in the woods on the northern edge of the property. (At least I think it's north-the side furthest away from the cabin/driveway/401.) If your dog likes to run at a million miles an hour, I'd keep them out of that area or have them on leash there to avoid any potential injuries. No fault of the owners-it's a wooded area and they look like tree stump holes, just something to keep in mind. We got to that part last and they'd had lots of zoomies by that point. Thanks for sharing such a great space and we'd love to visit again!

Great spot! There's 5ish acres at the back of the property to explore. The off leash area is very isolated and nice, but on the drive in you have to pass by the pen where the owners two dogs are so be ready to manage your own dog as you drive past them! Otherwise no dogs or animals anywhere in sight :)

Such a beautiful property with so many different activities for your dog. Vitaliy was a great host, even checked in with us beforehand because of the gloomy weather. Thankfully the rain held off for the duration of our visit and it was so worth it! We will definitely be back.

What a great spot not too far from the city! I came here with my family for 2 hours and still wasn't able to cover all of the trails. If your dog loves water, or you just plan to come on a hot summer's day, Breezy Meadows has an expansive pond decked out with chairs for the humans to enjoy as well. Vitaly was super welcoming and I can tell he takes great pride in his property. Hope to come again soon!

This is my first sniff spot and it’s well worth the trip, you will especially enjoy it if your dog is a large active breed or reactive to dogs or people. I will definitely bring my cane corso here! Trails are clearly signed, moskoka chairs provided by the beach or water entrance and trials are well maintained. Great cardio and awesome way to enjoy a weekend. We stayed for an hour, we could have easily spent two hours by the water. You will not see a soul and as long as your dog has decent recall you will be fine. Awesome property about 35 minutes from brampton.

Wonderful spot to spend some time with your pup. Lots of areas to explore from water to sand to forest to field. Pathways are well taken care of and signage is clear. Vitaliy is an excellent host - he took the time to explain the property and you could really tell he loves pets. We'll be back!
