This is just a beautiful spot. Just sitting on the dock together was fun! But, your pup can get in the water and swim and there are stairs to make getting in and out easy. Our girl just loved rolling around in the grass and exploring the flowers. Jody was very communicative and made sure we had all the info we’d need. Would highly recommend!

I had a GREAT experience with this Sniffspot! The host was super communicative, I felt confident bringing my “reactive” dog to play. There was a chair and bowl of water set up under an umbrella, along with some dog treats. Something I liked about this yard was that it was a big wide space and clutter free, so it was easy for my dog to run and chase a ball. I’ll definitely bring my dog back here again, and recommend this spot to anyone else. The only thing to know is there is a gap by the gate and one more in the back, but they’re TINY - not an issue for the average dog, the size is something only a rabbit could fit through.

Nice sized yard with easy access, fully fenced with no worries about privacy or outside distractions while your furbaby runs and plays! Very friendly Host with great communication, would definitely visit again and highly recommend for dogs of any size!

Saulo’s sniff spot was very clean and accommodating for a high energy/reactive pup! The yard is fully fenced in, has an obstacle course, plenty of yard to sniff around, and even a tethered ball to a tree branch for pups to chase/ play with. Saulo was a great communicator and host. Toys, water, and poop bags were available for us to use as well

This backyard was great! My two dogs had an awesome time, they were definitely stimulated the whole time with the amenities in the yard. The agility course had one of my dogs attention and the ball on a rope from the tree had my other dogs attention.

HUGE backyard! Absolutely loved it. Lots of room to throw balls. Provided everything we needed (toys, balls, rope, ball rope from tree, water bowl, bubbles, bags for waste). It was also nice how it’s partly shaded and partly in the sun. Had places for us to sit as well. Definitely one of my dogs favorites!

This backyard has become my doggos favorite place. They know when we’re getting close. Also with the heat, they have a gazebo and put a dog bed in there for us to cool down. Appreciate the extra mile! 💕

We had a great time here. The yard was clean (no dog poop) and was a good size to run out my dogs energy. The host was very kind and responded quickly. She provided water, poop bags,and some toys. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this sniff spot!

Fantastic sniff spot! My dog LOVED this spot with all the areas to sniff. She did not want to leave! Great host - easy communication, and items included were doggie bags, toys, fresh water and a place to sit - couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you!

Our first Sniffspot experience and we had so much fun! Nice, roomy yard and set up so you can play hide and seek if your dog likes that. A bowl of fresh water was provided, a nice chair for me, and a variety of dog toys. There will be shade from a neighbor's tree once the leaves are out. Very good experience!

The perfect spot on a hot day! We appreciated the clear communication and readily available water for our pup. Plenty of space to run and chase and have fun. The yard was secure and chairs were available for us humans. We will definitely book again!

This Sniffspot is an amazing hidden gem! Can’t wait to go back to catch a sunset on the water! Host communicated very quickly from before I booked, to while I got there to let me know where to park etc… (although there’s no confusion possible, the gate entrance is pretty straightforward). Low but very secure fence with no gaps anywhere, clean grass, two shaded spots under trees, LOTS of space for running AND direct access to the water which made my dogs feel like big explorers lol. No visible dogs directly on either side, just a friendly neighbor who took her tiny dogs out to pee for 1 minute. Otherwise, suuuper quiet and idyllic spot. HIGHLY recommended, will book again for sure!!

It was very easy to get it with great instructions. My senior girl has a blast wondering around. The grad was cut to a great length and just a nice open yard so I could see my girl at all times. The hose was so helpful to make sure she was hydrated and they offer a bowl and poop bags if you don’t bring your own. It was so nice. There was some little dogs a few yards over that do bark so just be cautious if you have a fence jumper. But other then that great experience

Very nicely kept property, and beautiful view of the LC reservoir. My dog and I had a great time. We saw a very little dog a couple of lots over who was determined to make us notice him with his barking, but my pup looked, then dismissed him. An adjacent house on the opposite side had guests at the pool area, and a very docile dog approached the fence and my girl trotted over to him, but amazingly she did not react defensively! First time I’ve seen her not react when that close to another canine she doesn’t already know. A few sniffs and walked away. Hooray! Hope we can arrange to return again. Great price and plenty of Chuck-it ball space.

Nice yard and pretty view! I brought my brittany & 2 gsps that we are dog sitting and they enjoyed themselves a lot. It was nice to let all 3 of them run and I could relax knowing they couldn’t bother any people/dogs. The neighbor & her dog were standing by the fence for a few mins, not sure how often that happens. However, It wasn’t an issue for me as mine are friendly. Just something to consider if yours isn’t. We made great use of the easily accessible hose/water bowl. We will definitely be back and try to utilize the gorgeous lake behind the house next time. Thank you for having us!
