Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool

GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

This beautiful home is located in the exclusive family neighborhood, Oxford Oaks. It is fully fenced and during the hot summers I put out a kiddie pool or I can run the sprinkler! I will have water bowls for your pups, chairs, bug spray, dog sunscreen, dog treats and lots of toys for pups! 🐶 I will have the fence unlocked for you when you come, and you can just go straight back on the (*when looking at the house) left side of the house. Please be very conscientious when closing the gate you need to slightly lift the fence gate with your foot from the bottom to get it back in to the latch. Please don’t just try to slam it in. I will most likely just be inside so you can always text me if you need me to come help!

Hi! My name is Sarah and my fluff-baby Yui and I live in a quiet neighborhood at our home with a large fenced-in backyard, right by a bass-stocked pond (in case you brought your poles). You and your fluffy friends will enjoy guest parking on my property and instant access to the backyard via a side gate on either side of the house. You also have access to a large, fully enclosed porch where you can watch your loved ones play outside, or bring them in for some rest and relaxation.
