Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course, huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and very animal friendly. It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water.
