It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. The pool is starting to cool off for the fall, and due to the trees dropping leaves, is difficult to keep clean. The pool will close for humans on 10/15, and while it will continue to be safe for everyone, may not be as clean as during the normal Summer months.

We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view.
