Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course (bring your discs!), a huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and we are very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, raccoons, skunks, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc as we do live in a rural area. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. The pool is starting to cool off for the fall, and due to the trees dropping leaves, is difficult to keep clean. The pool will close for humans on 10/15, and while it will continue to be safe for everyone, may not be as clean as during the normal Summer months.

I have been boarding dogs at my home for 10 years, so the sniffing in my backyard is better than a fine wine! I have a fenced yard, with an ornamental iron gate, looking out to the front yard/street, which the dogs love, as well as an ornamental iron “window”, abutting the pool, which allows for a bark-fest with the Corgis next door. I have a large shade-structure umbrella on my upper pool deck, as well as a glider, for owner use. Hose is always on, with flower sprayer attachment, for (re)filling water bowl, or spray-cleaning pee on pool deck.

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches.
