Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own two + our foster dog). Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil during the cold weather months and mowed natural vegetation during the warmer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there is a horse in a corral area next to the dog field. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horse nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Sniffin' Hours are: 9:00 -5:30 every day except for Tuesday, which is field maintenance day, and my dogs do get kind of jealous if they can't use their own dog park.

Nicole's home was amazing. My dogs loved her yard so much. The yard was clean, huge, dog friendly. Clear consise directions on how to enter. She provides fresh water, toys, treats, seating, doggie poo bags etc. I even met her in person and she was the sweetest person! Her yard is humongous!!! My three dogs loved every part of her yard! This has become my number 1 sniff spot. I will be booking this spot from here on out! Best of all I have two reactive rescue dogs and her fence is full privacy and no other dogs are scene. While the neighbor has dogs it's easy to redirect your dogs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will be back!! I am so excited to have found Nicole's yard! Best place ever!!

Everything is as described and pictured. Clean and spacious. There were trees and brush for them to use their sniffers which was great for my coonhound. The fence line was secure even for my coonhound who is known to jump over and get around fences. She did check but under supervision, she gave up. I would recommend this place.
