A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! I have 10 acres, 5 acres is set up for your dogs to run. Very comfortable and relaxing. My property is very peaceful I do have lots of animals here including other dogs. All are on the front 5 acres of my property and contained. I am happy to answer any questions. My property is fully fenced and gated. We have fully fenced with the playground and trampoline for kids. Plenty of space for the fur babies to run. We can provide towels and kiddie pool if needed (for $2 more per dog/item) we have a small dog that will be inside while the backyard is in use. Please pick up after your pups. We have trash can available and water for all humans and dogs. Please keep them on leash until you enter the gate. We have stable behind our yard that sometimes the horses and donkey might come out please try not to let them bark at them. Thank you

This is an off grid goat farm. It is steep and rocky in areas. There is a spring with fresh water down in the bottom. There are friendly goats and one friendly cow that likes to say hi. When walking around, please always be aware of your surroundings and watch for rattle snakes.

Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

So I honestly know how hard it is to find a place that is comfy for you and your pups. I have a GIANT backyard where you and your pup can stretch your legs! 🩷🩵 Relax in a shaded area and enjoy your time with one another. I do have a table in case you want to set your things down. I promise I'll eventually move it into the shaded area. I know my spot isn't as extravagant as other lovely spots I've seen but I actually feel safe and calm here. So! Hello! If your pup needs a private, fenced area to run off-leash, we've got just the spot! U-shaped yard has plenty of room to run and play. Hose is available for drinking water, water play, and bathing. Please remember to shut off the faucet when you're finished. Shaded patio seating area. We put treats, toys and fresh water out before each visit when we can. Short notice bookings are welcome, but please note we may not be available to put goodies out. Empty bowls are provided and can be filled with the hose. Need something else? Just ask! We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. We frequently dog sit for multiple people and we block off reservations during those times. If you have special circumstances and need a spot during a block, just message me and I'll see if I can arrange it. We're not quite ready to get a dog of our own yet, but in the meantime, this amazing yard shouldn't go to waste. We love seeing your cute pups having fun in our yard and especially love when you share photos :)

Huge fenced in yard, water, a few chairs, and a deck if you would like to get out of the sun. When you book, we need to secure our animals and get everything set up, due to that please give at least 2 hours notice. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Hope to see you soon 😊 PLEASE READ: There are very thick blackberry bushes directly behind the house… if your dog is determined they could get in the bushes and possibly in the canal hidden in the bushes. Please use caution when dog is near that area. Also, there are some small holes along the fence. If you have a small dog and they’re escape artists this may not be the yard for you until we fix it.

Hello! We’re just getting started hosting with Sniffspot and are excited to host you! Please let us know what we can do to improve the space. A past guest let us know we needed better signage, so we got a bright blue sign printed and hung it on the fenced area. Another guest mistook the community garden (incompletely fenced) for the play area (completely fenced). If you see vegetables, the area is not completely fenced! You're welcome to explore, just be respectful of the gardeners and plants please. The avocado tree overhanging the play area is dropping fruit right now, so if your dog likes to eat random stuff on the ground please be careful! The play area is tucked between St Stephen’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church and the left hand fence (turn from Santa Teresa Blvd onto Avenida España, then take the first right and head to the back). There are two churches on the lot, ours is at the back, with ample off street parking and lots of gardens to explore, in addition to the enclosed play space. Feel free to message with any questions!
