Fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to sniff, play and explore. *ALL BREEDS WELCOME* *ALL TEMPERAMENTS WELCOME* Lots of toys provided, multiple water bowls, (water hose is located behind the house, near porch stairs) several poop trash cans, as well as a pooper scooper and poop bag dispensers throughout the yard. Hand wipes, first aid kit, chuckit + chuckit balls. A bathing station with dog shampoo and deodorizing spray. Kiddie pools. Multiple treat buckets, feel free to give your dog as many as you want. Child free home. We have a cat and a dog. The cat is indoor only, and the dog is at daycare during the week until 5:30. If you book on the weekends, he will be kept inside far away from the yard or will be gone on his own adventure. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, but it still is a neighborhood. Open field for your dog to run. NOTE: CELL SERVICE is unreliable, texting a bit better. GPS is unreliable as well. Before your first visit, you should get an auto-message 2 hours before your reservation with turn by turn directions. Now on to the good info. The primary area is about 1 1/2 acres. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.

Enjoy the scenery while your dog(s) frolics in this idyllic, beautifully landscaped backyard. There is curbside parking with a private side gate entrance. The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is also a shade canopy where you can sit and relax. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything.

My wife and I are so excited to share our backyard with other pups and yourself! We welcome all walks of life! When you come to our yard, if you would please enter the yard through the carport and through that gate. Know that our yard is treated for ticks and fleas that is pup safe. We have you set up under the porch with everything you need to have a great day with your pooch! Towels are provided if Fido takes a dip in the pool. We have shelter within our carport. There will be chairs and a table available. That is a good view for the front yard and back yard. Both the front and back are fenced in separately but have access to both through a gate. We have a deck for a great view of the backyard and there will be table and chairs available. You’ll have access to high speed Wi-Fi to do a little work, if needed, while your fur babies run that energy out. We have dog toys and pooper scooper/poop bags. There is a hose available for those extra hot days and a water bowl will be provided. Hope you enjoy our yard as much as we do.

We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. We have a large, beautiful yard that is fully fenced. The fence is tall. See photos for tiny cracks in the fence that my 15 pound dachshund mix cannot get out of…But maybe a really tiny dog can go under or get out of. It’s fully closed off, but the pictures show the minimal gaping happening at 2 places. The yard is beautiful with different types of flowers and trees. We have nesting blue birds into the bird house. We have a baby pool for dogs to play in. There’s a trellis covered patio. We have a two year old so there are kid toys and sidewalk chalk randomly around the patio. Feel free to use! I have a baby pool set up that I don’t mind you letting your dog use. There are flowers and plants. There are lots of birds flying around and a beautiful, big sky. Sunsets are really nice in our backyard. Enjoy the seating area. Our porch swing has recently broken, so don’t use that. Park on the street in front of our house. When facing the house, the fence door on the right side is the easiest to enter, in my opinion. Do not use the trampoline. It’s dangerous. Do not use the grill, space heater, or fire pit. Thank you! There’s an outlet behind the blue couch. (Lastly, if your dog needs a dog friend, let me know and I can try to arrange for my dachshund/beagle mix to be there and to join in. He likes to be chased. I know most people won’t want another dog with their dog, but if it’s something that would make you and your dog happy, I could bring him out. He’s up to date on everything at the vet. He can be timid at first. If your dog is lonely for a friend, we can try to arrange something.)
