This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

A huge tree was removed not too long ago. There is still chips that have to be cleaned up in the middle of the yard. Otherwise there’s chairs around a fire pit where you may relax and a huge umbrella that can give you shade. There’s is also a hammock you may enjoy! My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share.
