Shaded thoroughly by tall trees, mild slopes across the yard and a mix of pine needles, grass, dirt, and spots of mulch. Currently no other pets use the yard or border the sides; a few dogs are heard diagonally from us. Robins, mockingbirds, dragonflies, and skinks roam.

Our property is right against the woods and I would recommend consulting your vet for tick preventative for your animals as it is a possibility given the location of our lot.

This property has been under construction and is connected to the LizardSniffer compound of 150 acres. Many AirBnBs currently here and being built this year. Please keep in mind this is a new spot to enjoy the trails and nature with your fury pups. We will continue to update pictures and details shortly. You will actually see old headstones and monuments from the 1800s, where this property was once had a railroad to union point and cotton fields for miles.
