Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

Large open grassy horse pasture (no horses will be in it at time of visiting). Fenced with "no climb" wire from the ground to about 4' Large 10'x24' open run-in shed provides shade. Water spicket conveniently located near gate.

Plenty of wild life, plants, and swimming in either the kiddie pool or the river run off in the back! We have goats at the moment in their own pin. Water-hose available and water bowl! Also will have tennis balls, and plenty of sticks to throw!

The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers, and a hammock. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. I lost my dog 2 years ago. I fell deeply in love with dogs after I completed a dog program that was held in Oakland County. I recently lost my dog Pablo who was not only a dog but a family member. The love, patience, and understanding that I have for dogs are like no other. Knowing that I’m not fully healed from my lost I still the love the feeling that dogs brings. Bring your dogs to jump on me, run in the sun, play in water hoses, eat treats and snacks. Let me love your dog for a hour or two while you watch and relax or run errands. This is a healing journey for me and I know theirs no love like a dogs love. BRING ALL THE FUR BABIES🩷🩷🩷

Near Greenbrier, Battlefield, and Military...fully fenced in yard. Guest can use green trash can as long as all waste is wrapped and tied in a plastic bag. Will be adding more amnenities as interest in site grows.
