We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. I lost my dog 2 years ago. I fell deeply in love with dogs after I completed a dog program that was held in Oakland County. I recently lost my dog Pablo who was not only a dog but a family member. The love, patience, and understanding that I have for dogs are like no other. Knowing that I’m not fully healed from my lost I still the love the feeling that dogs brings. Bring your dogs to jump on me, run in the sun, play in water hoses, eat treats and snacks. Let me love your dog for a hour or two while you watch and relax or run errands. Fully fenced backyard at our house that is located in Coinjock. We are 4 miles from Morris Farms and 30 miles from Kitty Hawk. We have two dogs, but they will not be in the yard during reservations. Our yard is surrounded by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence. There’s a wood deck with seating and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Bottled water is available at no charge for humans and pups, in the mini fridge. Your welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Dog bowls, kiddy pool, and hose are in the yard for the pups.
