My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son and my dogs. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. We have 6ft privacy vinyl fence and 4ft vinyl post and rail along with military grade 2x2 wire to keep the smallest pups safe including our own 3lb fur babies. We have two gates, lots of grass and open space to run or throw a ball. Chemical free. We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

Amazing secluded privately fenced area. Some flat ground as  well as logs for jumping and if interested some wildlife to Chase. There is also a shed in the area When arriving to the home, please park in the cul-de-sac. Go to the left of the home and you will see a goat shed with a animal fence around an area. This is the area for Sniffspot. Please do not use the main homes backyard as I have four dogs in that area. Also, we have recently had some trees knocked down and part of the fence is bent so it is not 100% secure. We are working to remove the tree. Some are still coming to use Sniff spot and I have not had a complaint but I just want you to know about it.   I look forward to you enjoying the property

Welcome to our peaceful, fully fenced haven for dogs. We offer a grassy retreat where you and your dogs can play fetch, sun bathe and relax in the hammock and swing. When the weather is warm, we put out a kiddie pool for water play, and you may also use the garden hose, if needed. You can also have breed meetups, pup birthday parties, dog training, litter mate reunions, photo shoots, and foster or adoption meet & greets in the privacy of your own Sniffspot. Come play!

What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. The lot is longer than it is wide so your dog can get in good long runs! We keep the yard low maintenance so few flower beds. Thanks for visiting!

After years of planting trees and native pollinators, this little North Philly oasis is ready for you and your pets. What was once a totally vacant lot, is now a cozy green space with trees and small brush, woodchipped pathways and native flowers and plants. Fully enclosed lot with seating areas, tables, rows of raspberries, wild grasses and several raised garden beds (help yourself to herbs and veggies in season). This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with a gate access point to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️
