Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training,new dog intros, dog birthday parties. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the last slot of the day to watch the sunset).

Please enter through south fence (large brown gate). My fence is a three-rail, welded, pipe fence because I have horses. I have a large pasture on the south side where dogs could play with ease. I do have prairie dogs and cotton tail rabbits on my property so prey driven dogs will be stimulated! If you’d like a mile walk to the back of the property I can lock the horses up. You will need to open a second gate to continue west. There is a very large pond just past the gate to the right. The pond dries out in the fall and fills up in the spring. You’re are welcome to let your dogs explore it. However, they will get muddy feet when it’s holding water. My neighbor just to the south has a fence made of trees right up against my fence. At the end of the property, you may continue on (north) for a longer walk. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your dog/dogs. We do have coyotes in the area so be aware.

The screened in patio has two sofas and a table with 4 chairs for your relaxation or work needs. A sprinkler if your dog is a fan can be provided. Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

Large fenced yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. There's always toys for the dogs and the kids can play on the play house. Water for the dogs and for the kids if they are willing to drink from the hose! Trash can available on the way out. You can park on the driveway or the street and access the yard from the gate on the west side of the house. Please pickup after your pet or child. I do have a dog that will come out barking if I'm not home to block her inside. She's very friendly, she just sounds ferocious with her loud bark.

There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. We have three acres of semi fenced field. The western fence is split rail. The fencing on the south, east, and north sides are wire fencing. It keeps the neighbors dogs out and keeps our Shepherds on our property. There are golf balls in the field as we practice golf out there and we can't always clean every one of them up. The neighbors dogs to the south will come to the fence and bark but they can not get through. There is a picnic table available to hang out at next to the chicken coop and parking area. There is a round table and chairs under the apple tree you are more than welcome to sit at. We have chickens on the property but they will stay fenced in while dogs are using the property.

Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

We have a lot of weekend times blocked off while we work to get a handle on the gopher and vole infestation. Hope to have more times avalbile after we make some headway. Sorry for the inconvenience, About 4 acres of fenced pasture just northeast of Cheyenne. Plenty of room to run, play fetch or just sniff around. There are hills, grass and trees to investigate and it's a secure area where you can let your dog stretch their legs and not worry about the unknowns of the dog park.
