Welcome to our cozy home located in the country of Pikeville NC. We have about half an acre of flat, fun, dog friendly yard for your pups to enjoy! We have 4 dogs of our own who would love to share their yard with others! We have a kiddie pool for the dogs readily available, as well as a table and chairs, and an umbrella for shade. We will make sure the pool is clean and fresh before and after each visit, and also make sure there is an ample stock of dog toys, treats and water for your fur babies to enjoy. **Rent My Backyard for Your Dog’s Playtime!** Welcome to a doggy paradise! My backyard is perfect for your furry friend to run, play, and relax. The yard is fully fenced, ensuring your pet's safety while they explore. **DISCLAIMER: this fence is not a privacy fence, It is a chain link fence. At the tallest point of the fence it is 4 ft. tall and at the shortest point it is 1 foot from the “ground”. The reason for this is because there are pine trees up against some parts of the fence and the pine needles have stacked under the trees to create a higher ground. If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. And don't worry about the weather—there's a spacious covered porch for when it rains, so the fun never has to stop. My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

Dog loving family with a big yard to share. Partially fenced in area, as well as open fields and wooded areas with walking paths.

We have a .5 acre yard is fenced in and is accessed from the driveway. You have free range of the large main yard that has grass, mature trees, carport and driveway for you to use. There are no pets at our house and the only distraction you may find is that there is a car detailing business across the street from us. They are very kind and respectful and have never bothered us with noise so they shouldnt be an issue. If coming to use the yard you are welcome to park your car all the way up in the driveway and shut the fence for you and your dog(s). Street parking is fine as well though! (I can place my car on the street so that you have better use of the carport if you wish) There is a hose on the side of the house for you to use as well as a kiddie pool for your pet. Please be kind and shut off the water once you are finished. Any mess your pet may leave, please bag and throw into our trash barrel that is by the side of the house. There is also a much smaller fenced in area to the right of the house that can be accessed from the front or back of yard and depending on time of day can can provide some shade from the house. Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! Welcome to the Zen Dog Home SniffSpot! Come train & play at our location! We offer a wide open space for dogs to run and play. Your dog is welcome to run off leash, dig in the mulch, and romp without worry! We also have several add an extras so you can customize the experience based on your preferences. Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. We plan to start a dog edible garden this spring! So check back soon. We know you and your dog will love our spot and look forward to having you visit. *My neighbor (on the corner) has a new puppy.
