We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!

We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. Fully fenced yard in Plymouth. There are a few good obstacles for sniffy hides, such as a woodpile, raised garden, patio furniture, etc. Plenty of room to get the zoomies out! There is a 6 ft vinyl privacy fence on two sides and standard chain link on the back. A 6 ft chain link fence also separates the rented space from my personal dog yard so you won't have to worry about unexpected dog interactions. **IMPORTANT** PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE GATE. The walkway behind the gate needs to be repaved and is not safe. Enter through the orange door shown in the picture, go past the chest freezer on the left and you will see the door to the yard (shown in pics). You can park on the street in front of the house, or in the driveway as long as you don't park behind another vehicle.
