Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. **The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.
