We have a cat and a dog. The cat is indoor only, and the dog is at daycare during the week until 5:30. If you book on the weekends, he will be kept inside far away from the yard or will be gone on his own adventure.

Bugg's Pet Taxi is offering up our fully fenced yard to sniff! Come lay in the grass and watch the birds or bark at the squirrels (those pesky squirrels!). There are sunny and shady spots to enjoy (see photos)! We provide a water dish for your doggo that is refreshed after each booking. Enjoy our patio and umbrella. Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. Additionally we have many guests desiring safety for dogs and children to play together. Bring a friend, have a picnic while your dogs play. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. If it is raining, you are covered. If we have a pop up thunderstorm, please get inside the Sunflower She Shed interior room for your safety. We will discuss money after you are safe. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

Beautiful farm setting. Plenty of room to run, sniff and chase balls and sticks. Wonderful lake to swim as well!

When was the last time your dog ran free at full speed? Give him the opportunity to run and be a dog. This is a one mile trail through the woods where he can run free.

This is the site of a forming intentional community. We are making it livable one step at a time. We bought the land cleared and in the meantime, use our 200+ acres to host hip camp, make bike trails and kayak out in areas. Attractions: Enter into one of the main parking areas by the house or keep driving! 1/2 mile down the road is another parking area. Keep going on that road and you’ll see a barn. Then, if you eventually curve to the right as you go down hill you might be able to figure out how to get to the big stream. The stream is sandy creek and that leads to the Banister river, which leads to the Dan. In about the middle of that main stretch, there is a road to the left that will bring you to a pond. I take my foxhound dog here while we hike the trails and work on the land. I found her on the side of the highway and found the owner but he didn’t want her back. I was going through a hard time. I did not intend on getting a dog, let alone a former hunting dog with such active needs! She had a lot of issues to figure out. We are both independent creatures which in the beginning was a source of trouble but now is a source of understanding. This land has been a blessing in us finding our balance. I can’t take her most places and let her off leash because her breed habit is to wander. She needs exercise. She has a need to run. She is so happy when we come here. She knows it means freedom. If it wasn’t for places like this, I would have a very frustrated pup! This place has helped us love each other. I hope you can experience the same!
