Medium sized dog park in the middle of our farm in Ruther Glen, Va. Grassed, fenced in, kiddie pool, and dog toys. Chairs for the humans. Farm animals on site, please do not touch or feed! There is a play set and trampoline for the kids.

Secluded 6 acres of yard surrounded by several more acres of woods. The yard it’s self is flat wide open space. There are little trails in the woods near the back area of the yard to explore with your pup! The back deck has seating that anyone is welcomed to use. There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!

We have a total of four acres located in the back yard, however; only one of those acres is fenced in. Behind our fenced in area we have a beautiful trail through the woods that is a great space to walk your dogs (on leash). Our fenced in area is a great spot to have your dogs romp around. If it is hot outside, we will have a baby pool for the doggos to cool off! We have two border collies that get all of their energy out in this space, who will be indoors while any other friends are using the space.

I’m a dog trainer and I run a dog boarding/daycare from my home (hence all the different fenced spaces). When possible, daycare and boarding dogs will be taken indoors during your visit so that you and your pup can have uninterrupted time to play/work together in a quiet environment. This is not always feasible depending on the day/time of your visit and our schedule on any given day. Check in advance if your dog does not do well if they see/hear other dogs, people, or cars. The main SniffSpot is currently about 7,000 sq ft in our side field, which is perfect for running, playing fetch, working on recall and other obedience commands, and is full of smells to sniff out. Basic amenities provided as needed, our 3 lab mix dogs are social and friendly if you are looking for socialization and we are available. Otherwise, they will remain inside during visits.

I have a background in Vet Tech, have owned and loved many animals throughout my life and feel my calling is to offer my furry friends the best options we have in life. My yard is one of my favorite parts about owning my home. It's Huge, its open and above all else, my three babies can run to their hearts content. This location will only get better with time. Right now, we have a few agility options and plenty of fetch toys. Stay tuned for more updates as time progresses. We have big plans for this place and hope you will enjoy the journey with us. Update: we have added some comfortable seating & shade for both dog’s and their people. We have also added a small kiddy pool (Large pool is punctured and under repair), lure pole, large/long tug rope and herding ball (Herding Ball has popped and under repair). Agility tunnel was recently damaged and in process of being replaced. More additions still to come. Stay tuned!

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

I have a large field area that’s half an acre Surrounded by beautiful woods. I plan to fence it in the future but now it is unfenced We have bench chairs shade. If your dog loves to explore we have 8 acres of raw woods with trails. Feel free to bring your dog and go for a hike! We have seen many hawks soaring there the sky & bald eagles!

We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link but there are visible dogs two yards over) We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day.
