Also there is a tap near the gate that you can fill your dogs bowl incase your dog/dogs get thirsty. We have provided a tote full of toys and balls that your dog/dogs can play with. Plus the backyard has lots of different things that will be exciting for your dog/dogs to experience. There is an extra that you can select when booking your time slot called treats and if you select that extra then we will hide treats for your arrival! I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I volunteer and support a number of dog rescues and all proceeds from my Sniffspot are donated back to them!

I ran a dog walking business for 6 years in London and noticed the dog parks were getting very busy and not always an ideal spot to bring your pooch to exercise during busy times. I’m happy to open up my yard for you and your dog to have a more private experience. My own dogs will be inside during your visits although you may hear them bark when you arrive. I’m always happy to receive any feedback good or bad so I can improve my yard for your next visit. Don’t hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions or need anything. - Please do not allow your dog to urinate on our patio furniture or home. - The deck/turf area is not for use. - Please pick up after your pet. - Be sure to lock the gate with the carabiner clip when using the yard to ensure nobody accidentally opens it or the wind doesn’t blow it open. Our back yard is lots of fun for both dogs and humans! We have lots of shade and sun, a doggy bed, dog toys and treats, and lounge chairs for humans. If you have kids, they’re welcome too. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. Pepper, our Italian Greyhound is super fun and social, and she’s happy to come say hi or stay inside. We have drinks, a washroom, parking, and anything else you need for a comfy play date. Even a plastic pool if your doggy likes to splash! IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD The Ireland farm is a 7 acre loop trail around our property, there is gravel, mulch, mud, grass a small pond and two grass cut acres for running and playing fetch. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

At our dog run, we promise your pet and exhilarating experience where they will meet with other farm animals like our goats a whole load of chickens, ducks depending on your preferences. We have a dedicated fenced 5 acre pasture for your dogs enjoyment. Please keep your dog on leash until in the dedicated and signed Sniffspot area. Parking is available at the dog training building for the pasture rental area. Please do not touch or approach the horses. Available pasture runs along Eaton Road and Cromarty. Entrance to pasture is on the west side of the fenced outdoor sand ring. Water is available outside at the training arena. Come play with us!
