Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These loveable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees.

We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! We are located at 2121 Taraval St. between 32nd and 33rd st. We also have easy street parking. We have a 3 dog maximum, or one "dog family" maximum, for private 1 hour bookings. We offer hosted Birthday Parties and other events, with a Top Dog SF Team Member, for $300 per event, for a minimum of 2 hours. Non-Top Dog SF hosted dog party and private space rentals are $65 an hour with a minimum of four hours = $260. This allows you enough time for you to set up, have a two hour dog party and then clean up after your event. Please be sure to lock up the front door while you are using the space and when you leave. Chickens will not approach you or your dog and will likely not even be visible during your visit but we wouldn’t want them to be chased. You may spot chickens, horses, or cows from afar (neighbors) but rest assured the actual Sniffspot has a solid wood fence that allows for privacy and a visual barrier for your dog to enjoy some peaceful playtime.

A beautiful fenced-in 5 acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.

I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar.
