Larger back yard with green space to run, and front yard is a bit smaller with 3 smaller fruit trees. With an enclosed sunroom with chairs to sit in if it is raining/snowing, you can enjoy your time. While there are children in the home, they will not be in the yard when you are. However, please give me a heads up if your dog isn't a fan of children and I'll be extra sure to keep them inside. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything, at any point! I'm happy to help. Please note there are small gaps in the fence that tiny dogs could potentially get through. The time of year can have the grass a bit slippery/muddy in the back yard, so please be mindful of that.
