A restroom is available in our office during working hours. Because of water restrictions, we don't have carpet grass. Our yard is mowed but it has native grasses and weedy plants. Be aware: long haired dogs may pick up unwanted and pesky plant materials! Since this is a part of a dog boarding facility, we ask that shot records be up to date before each booking. Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. I host all of the cookouts and fire nights for friends to bring their dogs over. There is a line of trees and bushes along the back fence that my dog and all dogs I babysit looove to explore. It’s not too big that they get lost in physically, just perfect enough for them to get lost in all the smells ☺️ it’s plenty big enough to launch a ball or kick around a soccer ball and great for kids too! **Guests are also free to use the indoor restroom (although my dog and I may be inside if we are home, but put away)**

It backs up to a wooden area that you are free to explore but it is not part of the fenced area. We live on a cul-de-sac so there's plenty of parking options in front of the house as well as a drive way for accessibility.
