Hello! We live in a beautiful apartment complex and have been very lucky to have as big of a yard as we do! It is absolutely perfect for super energetic dogs who simply need a space to run off excess energy. We have two dogs of our own that really enjoy this yard. One of our dogs is allergic to practically everything, so we are very careful with products and potential allergens that could interfere with his health. With that being said, your pet is provided an allergy free environment to enjoy instead of remaining itchy and irritated. We do have a shaded location that faces our apartment swimming pool! It’s a great view! Feel free to kick back and enjoy the scenery while your doggo(s) enjoy watching the squirrels climb trees and can run as they please. Let me know in advance if you would like toys to be provided, a drink after a long day (for you above the age of 21, of course), or a hammock to relax in. There are hiking trails nearby as well as a place called The Shacks if you are interested in grabbing food and drinks after, but still have your designated tag a long pupper in crime. Frolick in my beautiful, fully fenced backyard Fantasyland! Plenty of room for little paws on soft, green, chemical-free grass. Cold water is available for all under the ceiling fan on the covered patio where pet parents can relax with free wifi and pups can prance through the sprinklers or gaze out the custom doggie-window built into the privacy fence. Dog towels, treats, toys, and trash bags are available, as are sunscreen and insect repellent for pet parents. Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town nestled inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek. There's tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy!

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

We are a dog-friendly household and love our furr babies and welcome more! We enjoy seeing our yard be enjoyed by our dogs and those who visit alike. We welcome dogs to come and play. Need advance notice and conformation to make sure our furr babies are out of the way. They will, however, be barking enthusiastically from the inside of the house. Maybe they are just cheering for our guests! 😄
