We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Enjoy our fully fenced backyard with grass and concrete for your pups to run around freely 🙂 Canopy with chairs will be provided during hot sunny days. Water hose is free to use for pups that enjoy water play. Toys, poop bags, water bowl and treats also provided. Private area with no one around to bother you.

We have a quiet little yard we’d love to share with your pups. We have a reactive dog who we’ll keep indoors and should be oblivious to you being here. There is a private side entrance, hoses, a kiddie pool you can use (have to let me know in advance), chairs, a raised dog bed, a hammock (have to let me know in advance), and tons of dog toys. There’s dog poop bags clipped to the AC unit and you can toss in them in our big garbage can with the black lid. **5/29: As the weather gets warmer, our grass (weeds posing as grass, really) gets dryer and the evil burr clover (I’ll add a photo) gets stickier and spikier. It’ll stick to your fuzzy toys and you won’t want to walk around without shoes. My dog doesn’t seem to mind it.

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Let your pup stretch out while you relax and unwind under the shade of several umbrellas or on a cozy couch under the patio cover. Amenities include a covered patio, sink to wash up, elevated dog bed, water for pups & humans, tables & chairs, waste station, and a serene yard relax or play until your heart’s content! There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Please send us a message if you would like to reserve an evening spot & we’ll let you know what is available. Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue.
