We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup and partake in the snacks and drinks provided. We have a separate restroom in the pool house for our guests. Thank you for visiting our spot!

Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Allow your pup to roam free in our gated backyard… They can enjoy games of toss, exploring, and even swim! It’s also a great way to introduce new friends in a neutral environment (additional fee applies). Out of respect for our neighbors, I ask that reservations are booked between 8am-8pm, unless a special request is made! *Please note- swimming is for pups only, however owners may wade in the shallows and offer support/encouragement.

Enjoy our fully fenced backyard with grass and concrete for your pups to run around freely 🙂 Canopy with chairs will be provided during hot sunny days. Water hose is free to use for pups that enjoy water play. Toys, poop bags, water bowl and treats also provided. Private area with no one around to bother you.

We have a quiet little yard we’d love to share with your pups. We have a reactive dog who we’ll keep indoors and should be oblivious to you being here. There is a private side entrance, hoses, a kiddie pool you can use (have to let me know in advance), chairs, a raised dog bed, a hammock (have to let me know in advance), and tons of dog toys. There’s dog poop bags clipped to the AC unit and you can toss in them in our big garbage can with the black lid. **5/29: As the weather gets warmer, our grass (weeds posing as grass, really) gets dryer and the evil burr clover (I’ll add a photo) gets stickier and spikier. It’ll stick to your fuzzy toys and you won’t want to walk around without shoes. My dog doesn’t seem to mind it.

SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Rent the fully-fenced JRB K-9 training yard / agility course. In addition, Jesse R. Booker, founder of JRB K-9, is available to offer free training tips during your dog’s play time, if interested. Relax under the shade of our mature oak tree as your dog runs, plays and explores. You’ll also have access to our Wi-Fi and chilled bottled water. We have dog toys and water bowls, all washed and sanitized between guests. You have free use of the agility course to help build your dog’s confidence or for additional mental stimulation. During the summer months, we provide a shallow pool for those water-loving pups. JRB K-9 is a behavioral dog training facility with overnight boarding, so there will be plenty of new smells to stimulate your dog. Dog’s on-site will neither be seen, nor interact with your dog. No training sessions will take place outdoors during your visit. Street parking is available on site and we ask that you pick up after your dog when finished – a trash can is provided. Enter through the front gate and please always make sure the gate is closed and secured after entering, and before your dog is off leash. Thank you!

Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).
